Word KickBan

How many spammers out there come into our channels and repeat the same rubbish time and time again. Well here is a cure for them, the original wkb.pl has been improved slightly here.

After making the settings in my WotNotBot script, I decided to do the same here. This allows you to alter the ban words, the gods (people who aren't kicked) in fact all the settings!
