VoidNet Server Link Application

The trial period will last one month at which point your server will gain
backup links. It is expected that you will not have downtime during this month
and that you should have a minimum number of disconnects.

E-mail the filled application to znxster@gmail.com to start the approval
process. We would urge that all link applicants spend time getting to know the
network and its many faces as this very much "greases the wheels" towards
approval.

Requirements:

 - Read the charter and agree to all its entries.

 - Minimum of 10 mbit connection.

 - Must have at least 5 unique users.

 - Needs one active Admin/Oper to handle requests.

 - No global opers (until fully linked)

 - IRCd must be ratbox with +S and nicklen 10 support.
